Welcome to the Town of Barnstable’s Employee Self Serve System, ESS.

This system makes obtaining information about your employment with the town easier than ever and more convenient. Employees’ can access their ESS account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through ESS you are able to change your contact information, view leave balances, obtain salary information, obtain 1095 – C current and prior years, amend your W4, and change your direct deposit information. As we continue the use of ESS, we will utilize the system more and more making ESS our platform for providing you with information on upcoming events and announcements.
